Millésimé 2020 Premier Cru

Our newest Champagne, Millésimé 2020. Grapes from the specific 2020 vintage, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, from our favorite Montagne de Reims vineyards, all classified as Premier Cru.

We age approximately half of the juice for about six months in French oak barrels, creating a very harmonious balance between freshness and richness. Furthermore, the dosage is only 2 grams per liter, making this an Extra Brut (or Brut Nature). A fantastic, rich, and delicate Champagne.
