Our signature cuvée!

Crafted from exceptional vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, 70% of which are classified as Premier Cru, complemented by grapes from vineyards located right next to our Premier Cru plots.

Our Tradition matures at a depth of 25 meters for a minimum of 36 months sur latte at a constant temperature of just 10°C, resulting in remarkable depth, length, and a fine mousse.

Fresh from the Chardonnay, fruity from the Meunier, and rounded and soft from the Pinot Noir. The perfect aperitif!
