Rosé Premier Cru

The Champagne region is the only wine region in the world where Rosé may be made by adding red wine, produced in Champagne from Champagne grapes. The challenge of adding (young) Pinot Noir to a fresh Champagne is the potential for tannins and bitterness. By using only 6% of our own Premier Cru Pinot Noir, we create a Rosé that is fresh on the palate, followed by beautiful notes of strawberry and raspberry, without any unpleasant tannins or bitterness.

Aged horizontally for 30 months in our cellars, and an additional 6 months after dégorgement.

Beautiful salmon-pink color, soft mousse, vibrant freshness, followed by red fruit. A harmonious blend of crispness and roundness.
