Millésimé 2013 Premier Cru

Millesimé 2013; made exclusively from grapes of the exceptional 2013 vintage. This year marked a return to a classic vintage, where climate and terroir fully expressed their true potential. A vintage that can age beautifully for many years, yet already impresses today.

Our Vintage Champagne rests horizontally sur lie in our cellar for the first five years. Afterward, the bottles are rotated à la masse and continue to age for an additional five years. This change in the wine’s exposure to air allows it to mature differently, resulting in a more harmonious wine with an even softer mousse and pleasantly balanced acidity.
