Our Vintage Champagne rests horizontally 'sur lie' in our cellar for the first five years. Afterward, the bottles are rotated 'à la masse' and continue to age for an additional five years. This change in the wine’s exposure to air allows it to mature differently, resulting in a more harmonious wine with an even softer mousse and pleasantly balanced acidity.
