Some collaborations feel instantly natural. That is exactly how we experience our new partnership with Restaurant de Cuijt in Mierlo.

The restaurant was recently taken over by Koen van Weert, a chef with an impressive résumé. He previously worked in leading kitchens such as the three-Michelin-starred Jordnær in Copenhagen and De Lindehof by Soenil Bahadoer, awarded two Michelin stars. With that experience, Koen now brings his own vision to Mierlo.

Restaurant de Cuijt exudes a fresh energy: refined, contemporary, and with a clear focus on quality and experience. It has become a place where top-tier gastronomy and hospitality come together, without ever feeling stiff or distant.

This is precisely why we are so excited about this collaboration. De Cuijt is a restaurant where our Champagnes shine. Guests can enjoy our Prestige Premier Cru and Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru by the glass, and our Rosé, Vintage 2013, and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru by the bottle—a selection perfectly aligned with Koen and his team’s refined dishes and culinary vision.

We are proud that Courtier is part of this new chapter in Mierlo and look forward to the wonderful moments that will undoubtedly unfold here.
